Contact Role - Enterprise and Service Architecure

Supporting a global technology leader in its significant strategic transformation from being a reseller to a services-centric business. Providing expertise and consultancy to various parts of the business from EMEA Vice President and EMEA Go-To-Market Director, to technology delivery teams and to business functions such as Marketing and Sales. Supporting the development of packaged ‘Products’ around Hybrid Cloud, Modern Workplace and Cyber Security Services.

Identifying and developing Productised (packaged) services – primarily for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, but covering AWS, VMware, Cyber Security and data centre technology services also.

Enabling and Training EMEA Architect and Delivery Teams to successfully deliver the productised services.

Assisting in testing and piloting of the packaged services with the local delivery teams (over £2m of Cloud Migration projects enabled) for the purpose of iteration and refinement.

Enabling and Training EMEA wide Sales organisation in positioning the productised services with clients, and demonstrating value.

Engaging with the clients vendors and partners to help them to understand the packaged services, and to encourage participation and investment into growing the opportunities.
